General conditions:
• The prices are, unless otherwise specified, per person including the 5 Elements gourmet half board
• If the prices on the booking confirmation may differ from this price list, the prices according the price list are valid.
• The children's rates and discounts apply when 2 full-paying adults are in the same room.
• We calculate 100% of the treatment price of booked but not taken wellness treatments without former cancellation (24 hours in advance)
• Services not taken during package weeks are not entitled to any refund or discount on the package price.
• Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit of € 200,00, per person by bank transfer to: IT 03 O 08065 58390 000304040953 – SWIFT-BIC: RZSBIT21310 RAIKA: Schlern – Rosengarten or per credit card. We accept Visa or Master Card with a valid credit card number, expiration date and written permission.
• The deposit serves as a handling fee, in the event of a cancellation it will be reimbursed only if the trip was insured and any illness certified by a doctor. |

• In case of late arrival or pre-scheduled departure the agreed price will be charged.
• Up to 1 month before arrival no cancellation fee is calculated (the deposit is not going to be refunded). In case of later cancellation 50 % of the booked stay will be charged.
• We highly recommend the completion of a Traveller's Cancellation Insurance Policy with us. This is a special service which we offer to you.
• Your room will be ready for you starting at 2:00 p.m. on your arrival day. Check out is at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event that you are unable to appear for dinner by 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, we ask you for notification.
• For organizational reasons the room booking is only possible by types but not by room number.
• We accept no liability for any left behind articles.
• Pets on request and agreement only
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the hotel
• Not taken meals are not going to be refunded.
• Packages can not be combined.

we will charge 50 % Single-occupancy Surcharge on
the rate listed in the price list.
• Booked stays with breakfast: credit of € 10,00 per
