• Bike & ski room: you can leave your bikes and your ski equipment directly at the hotel.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m.
• Discounts for kids: available upon request and only valid with 2 full-paying guests in the same room.
• Early check in: possible on short notice upon request and subject to availability and for a fee of € 50.00 per room.
• E-bike rental at the hotel: on reservation and for a fee (limited number of bikes available).
• Health and safety: all hotel and leisure facilities are to be used at your own risk.
• Late check out:
  with room: possible on short notice upon request and subject to availability and for a fee of € 80.00 per room. The room will be at your disposal until 6 pm on the day of departure, and the use of the wellness area is also included.
  without room: The room must be vacated by 11 am and you have the option of using the wellness area until 6 pm. There is an additional charge of € 20.00 per person.
  
• Payment: for direct bookings, a deposit of 40% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is due one week before arrival, or it can be paid in cash at the hotel on the day of arrival.
  Beverages, additional services, and local tourist tax can be settled on the evening before departure until 9:30 p.m. or on the day of departure starting from 8:00 a.m.
  We accept debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note that in Italy there is currently a cash payment limit of €4,999.
  If you require an invoice, please provide your billing details at least one day before departure.

• Pets: are accepted on request and for a fee, please contact us for specific info.
• Parking: you have a free garage parking space at your disposal. Please drive directly into the garage on arrival, parking spaces are free of charge.
  The height of the garage entrance is 2.15 metres.
• Pre-check-in: in order to avoid waiting times at reception, we recommend that you complete your pre-check-in form from the comfort of your own home. You will receive the corresponding link a few days before your arrival.
• Spa opening hours: our spa area and swimming pools are open from 8 am to 8 pm. The sauna area is available from 3 pm to 7 pm.
• Washing/drying facilities: a washing machine (for a fee) and tumble dryer (free of charge) are available for our guests.
• Wi-Fi: free of charge throughout the property.
