In winter: Free EMMY ski bus directly from the hotel to the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi cable car and back several times a day and only 10 min. away. Our hotel guests receive a 20% discount on the rental fees for ski equipment at our partner company.
For bookings with half board additionally:

Price information:

The local tax per person per day (from 14 years on) is not included and must be paid separately.
Reservations for 1-2 nights may only be made at short notice.
Two full-paying guests per double room and suite.
Double room for single use: 50% supplement on the relevant room charge.
Extra beds and child discounts on request.
The prices are dynamic, this means that prices are adjusted depending on the room type, length of stay, booking situation and demand.

Check-in / Check-out:

Rooms are available on day of arrival from 3.00 p.m. on, and must be cleared on day of departure by 11.00 a.m.
At late arrivals, after 7.00 p.m., we kindly request a brief communication by telephone.
Early check-in and late check-out possible at very short notice on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Cancellation conditions:

In case of a significant and unexpected general price increase (for example: increase of the VAT), the indicated prices will be updated.

Travel cancellation insurance:

To prevent unforeseeable events, we suggest taking out a travel cancellation insurance.

Pets:

Pets are welcome in our hotel. For your well-behaved four-legged friend we charge a pet flat rate of 30.00 € per night (dog) and € 20.00 € (cat) without food).
Your dog is allowed to stay in the whole hotel, except dining room, wellness area, sunbathing lawn, playroom and hotel playground. We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash in the entire hotel area. The pet owner is liable for any damage (pet liability insurance recommended).
