Finnish sauna
An intense rustic aroma, natural ambience and carefree thoughts.
The wood in the cabin ensures low humidity between 10 and 20 % and gives off natural radiant heat. The high temperature of approx. 80 degrees is great for stimulating the immune system.
Bio-sauna
The bio sauna is ideal for all those who find the Finnish sauna too hot or the humidity in the steam room too high. With a temperature of approx. 50 degrees and a high humidity of between 40 and 55 %, it is particularly gentle on the circulation.
Rasul-Vulcania bath
The tradition of rasul baths came to us from the Middle East with the "hammam". The combination of high humidity and fragrances are what makes the rasul bath so popular. The heat has a relaxing effect on the muscles and the steam has a purifying effect which helps to eliminate toxins.
Infrared cabin
Infrared radiation promotes blood circulation, relieves colds and tension and loosens your muscles.
Sensory showers
Experience a range of sensations for the skin, the sense of smell and the eyes. Take a journey of sensations through light, massage jets and healing effects.
Relaxation room with panoramic view
Experience an oasis of relaxation... soft music, a warm atmosphere, an exciting book and a unique view of Fiè allo Sciliar.
Hay beds
After an intensive visit to the sauna, relaxing moments in our water world or a soothing massage, our hay beds are the ideal place for restful relaxation.
Tea corner
South Tyrolean herbal teas, mountain spring water, dried fruits, nuts and apples are a great way to revitalise your body.
Sauna etiquette
Take your time, a sauna session should last about 12 to 15 minutes. It is important to drink plenty of fluids, preferably before and after taking a sauna. Please note that for hygiene reasons the saunas must be used without swimwear. If you need a sauna gown, you can get one at the hotel reception.
